Duties, import taxes and clearance fees are set by your country's customs authority. They are usually payable to your postal service before or at delivery.
Your national post may also charge a handling fee on top of any duties or taxes owed. For example, Canada Post charges a handling fee on parcels that owe duty or tax.
We're not able to estimate these charges in advance, as they vary by country and by shipment. Your national customs office can advise you.
Please note that refusing a delivery to avoid duties does not entitle you to a refund of the original shipping cost.
To avoid import fees, you can also buy from an authorized S.I.T. Strings dealer or distributor in your country using our dealer locator. See our Shipping Policy.
