How it works:
- Choose Subscribe & Save on an eligible product and pick a delivery frequency: every month, every 2 months or every 3 months.
- Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, the card on file is charged automatically on each renewal date.
- Every subscription order is 10% off the regular price.
- Renewal orders ship within two business days of being charged. Subscription orders of $35 or more ship free within the U.S.; orders under $35 pay standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.
To manage your subscription, sign in to your account and open Subscriptions. From there you can:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Pause or resume your subscription
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel
You can also cancel by emailing sales@sitstrings.com. Canceling stops future renewals; orders that have already been charged will still ship. Subscription orders are covered by our standard Refund Policy.
