To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unopened, in its original sealed packaging
- Undamaged
Once a string set has been opened, it can no longer be returned under the return policy. If you've opened a set and believe it's defective, that's a warranty claim instead.
Return shipping is paid by you and isn't refundable. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method, or issued as store credit if you prefer.
