Orders, Shipping & Returns

Can I return strings I've opened?

Quick Answer

No. Once a string set has been opened, it can't be returned. If you opened a set and believe it's defective, you can make a warranty claim instead.

Returns are only accepted on items that are unused, unopened in their original sealed packaging, and undamaged.

If an opened set has a defect in materials or workmanship, such as faulty winding or core materials, our limited warranty may cover it. Warranty claims apply for 30 days from the date of purchase and are valid for the original purchaser.

To file a warranty claim, use the Submit Warranty Claim form on our Contact Us page and include:

  • Where you purchased the strings (our website, or the name and location of the dealer)
  • When you purchased them (an order number, receipt or approximate date)
  • Photos of the defect, if you can take them

You usually don't need to send the strings back. See the warranty section of our Refund Policy.
