Power Steel is a stainless steel wrap over a high tension hex core. Stainless is the bright end of our bass range: harder attack, more top-end presence and a tighter low end than nickel, and it resists corrosion better, so it stays bright longer if you sweat or gig often.
Made for multi-scale (fanned fret) basses, where every string is a different length.
String lengths: 48"–49" overall. The .077, .098 and .128 taper at the bridge (1.5") and at the nut (38" and 39").
