Win a Year of Strings: Official Rules

1. Sponsor

S.I.T. String Co., Inc. ("S.I.T. Strings"), 2493 Romig Rd, Akron, Ohio 44320.

2. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of S.I.T. Strings, its dealers and distributors, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway period

Starts November 2, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. How to enter

  • New subscribers: sign up for the S.I.T. Strings email list at sitstrings.com during the giveaway period.
  • Existing subscribers: anyone already subscribed to the S.I.T. Strings email list is entered automatically.

To be eligible for the drawing, you must still be subscribed at the end of the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Multiple addresses for the same person will be disqualified. Entries made by automated means are void.

5. Prize

One (1) winner receives their choice of twelve (12) S.I.T. Strings guitar string sets or four (4) S.I.T. Strings bass string sets, selected from sets available at sitstrings.com. Approximate retail value: up to $180. Shipped free to a U.S. address. No cash substitute and no transfer of the prize. The sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a chosen set is unavailable.

6. Drawing and odds

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner notification

The winner will be notified by email from S.I.T. Strings and must reply within seven (7) days with a shipping address and set choices. If the winner does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. General conditions

  • The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.
  • By entering, you agree to these rules and to the sponsor's decisions, which are final.
  • The sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical problems.
  • The sponsor may cancel or change the giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness.
  • Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that the sponsor may use the winner's first name, last initial and state to announce the winner.

9. Privacy

Email addresses are collected by S.I.T. Strings and used under our privacy policy at sitstrings.com/policies/privacy-policy. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

10. Social media

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
