Pat Valley

American Terror

Pat Valley is currently the guitarist for heavy punk/metal band American Terror (featuring members of Skid Row and Sugar Ray). The band’s critically-acclaimed debut album, “Influencer”, was released by Megadeth bassist David Ellefson’s EMP Label Group and was followed up by a remix single featuring legendary rapper Sticky Fingaz (known for his group Onyx’s multi-platinum hit, “Slam”, and his feature on Eminem’s “The Marshall Mathers LP”, one of the best-selling albums of all time). Since he began working in the rock and pop worlds in 2005 alongside singer/songwriter/producer/mixer Brad Cox- a partnership still running today- Pat has toured and recorded stateside with original artists, performed domestically and internationally at events with various American Idol/The Voice singers and members of some of classic rock’s greatest bands (including Alice Cooper, Starship, Survivor, and The Romantics), played on songs used in various TV shows and movies, melted faces at shows for companies like Microsoft, Google, and Wells Fargo, and rocked with patients in children’s hospitals. Toss in a femur-crushing tour van accident and recording with some of the rock world’s top producers (including Mike Clink & Rick Beato), and you can start to see that his career has been anything but typical. Speaking of “anything but typical”, in 2015, he released his debut solo project EP, a genre-hopping release featuring vocals from former Misfits frontman Michale Graves.

Why S.i.T.?

“It’s simple for me: S.I.T. Strings always sound excellent and feel great. I use different gauges for different scale lengths & tunings, but it’s always Power Wound Nickel, and usually S946 Rock N Roll and S1046 Light.”
