The smoother surface cuts the noise the bar makes travelling along the strings, and they still sound much closer to a roundwound than to a flatwound.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThese were made with Dewitt “Scotty” Scott and his shop, Scotty’s Music in Missouri.
