Tommy Henriksen

Alice Cooper

Tommy started out his career as bass player with Ruffkut, a melodic-metal band that also included Tommy’s brother Gene on drums / vocals. He has also played with other bands Warlock, War & Peace, and Parade of Losers.

Tommy is also a prolific songwriter and in the late 90s began working with producer Keith Forsey. Capitol Records liked what they heard and Tommy was signed up with his self-titled debut solo album being released in 1999. The Capitol Records promo machine kicked into action and 1999 saw Tommy performing across the USA from Florida to Nevada. The single from Tommy Henriksen was I See The Sun. Tommy also teamed up with drummer Glen Sobel to form girl-fronted sugar-punk band Boink!

In 2006 DiS ViciOuS was born. Once described by Tommy as being “another side of Sid Vicious,” a few tracks were released via social networking under this moniker, most of which were an anarchic rant against society, albeit rather tongue-in-cheek. During this time Tommy also continued to hone his skills as a producer and engineer working with a wide variety of artists.

While working with Bob Ezrin at Anarchy Studios, Tommy played a sizeable role in the making of Alice Cooper’s Welcome 2 My Nightmare album that included writing, performing, engineering and producing. Tommy took up Alice’s offer to join the touring band and went out on the road with Alice in May 2011 where he was an instant hit with the fans and a real Injection of energy and talent.
