Joe McGinness

Kuarantine

Joe McGinness is a versatile singer, songwriter, and guitarist from upstate New York known for his contributions to various musical projects. He is perhaps most recognized for his work with Chris Jericho and Kuarantine, where he showcases his exceptional shred guitar skills. In addition to his work with Jericho  and Kuarantine, Joe has had a successful solo career and has performed/collaborated with several notable musicians including Bruce Kulick (KISS), Charlie Benante (Anthrax & Pantera) and many more. He is also a member of the rock band Klassik 78 whose album “Phantoms” reached the #1 position on the iTunes rock charts in 2021. Joe has also done extensive session work in the hard rock and country genres. In 2020, Joe joined the ESP guitars artist roster along with with Levy’s straps and he is proudly part of the S.I.T. String family. He is excited for the upcoming Kuarantine tour dates, including an upcoming performance at the iconic Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, CA on December 14th.

Why S.i.T.?

The  first guitar strings I ever bought with my own money  was a pack of S. I. T. Strings. That being said I grew up playing S.I.T.,they have never let me down. I only believe in using the best tools and resources to create the best results. In this case S.I.T always gets the job done and I’m proud to represent a great product.

I currently use the Power Wound (Nickel) .009-.042 with Chris Jericho’s Kuarantine and any other  hard rock performances.

I also use the CRT light nickel  .010-.046 primarily for country performances.
