Arenlong is a highly skilled guitarist and composer hailing from the state of Nagaland, India. His distinctive musical style blends progressive rock and metal with intricate, melodic solos that have captivated audiences and critics alike. Arenlong rose to prominence in 2020, winning the prestigious Strandberg Guitar Contest in India, which solidified his reputation as one of the country’s most talented guitarists.

Known for his technical prowess and creative flair, Arenlong has triumphed in numerous competitions, including the Hornbill International Rock Contest (2013), where he was named Best Guitarist, the National Guitar Solo Contest (2014), and the Boss Guitar Maestro Contest (2015). His achievements also extend beyond national borders, as he was among the winners of an International Online Guitar Contest in 2020, hosted by renowned UK guitarist Jack Gardiner.

Arenlong’s debut EP, Willow (2022), is a true reflection of his unique approach to songwriting, offering a blend of complex guitar work and emotive melodies. His contributions to music have earned him recognition in the industry, including the prestigious TaFMA Award (Nagaland) in 2020. He currently endorses S.I.T. Strings, Strandberg Guitars and Hotone Effects.
