Strings Co., founded in 1980, is a full-line manufacturer of fretted instrument strings based in Akron, Ohio USA. S.I.T. has been the string of choice for the ESP custom shop for some time, but now will include the entire line of both import and export models of ESP and LTD brand guitars and basses.

Each of these instruments will be shipped with a new full-color hangtag featuring a combined S.I.T./ESP logo. Both companies feel that the timing is perfect for this joint venture due to current music trends as well as mutual endorsees.

An added bonus for both the musicians and the retail music store is that on the back of each hangtag, there is a unique registration number and web link.
