Kyle Thomas is a Nashville-based country performer and songwriter from Akron, OH. He graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2015 where he also played football for the Mountaineers. Since then, Thomas has played at many well-respected venues including; the Dusty Armadillo, a stage that many acts out of Nashville have taken over the years, the House of Blues in Cleveland and was selected as the winner of the Live Music Showcase by a label representative from Universal’s Island Def, at the Hard Rock Rocksino as the ACM station of year WQMX homegrown featured artist, the Thirsty Cowboy in Medina, OH where Thomas has opened for Craig Morgan, Chase Bryant, and headlined several of his own shows, PBR Louisville in Kentucky, Schmitt’s Saloon in West Virginia where he shared the stage with the Davisson Brothers Band, Olivia Lane, and Carter Winter, and many other venues. In Nashville, Kyle Thomas has been writing and playing writers rounds at places like The Listening Room, 12th & Porter, Pour House, Tin Roof, Blue Bar, The Country, and others. Thomas can also be seen playing in downtown Nashville at The Stage. He has also been spending some time in the studio with members of Luke Bryan’s band, James Cook (bassist) and Kent Slucher (drummer). Previously, he worked with Joe Vitale on his first album, who was the drummer for the Eagles, Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young, and Joe Walsh.
