I was born and raised in El Paso Texas. I started my first band with my high school buddies when I was 15. I have been playing in bands ever since. Eventually I relocated to Austin, Texas. In 1996 I joined the band Soak and in 1997 we released our self-titled debut on Interscope records. I was with Soak until 2000 when I left to join The Union Underground. UU released the record ...An Education in Rebellion in 2000. Besides being on Ozzfest, Union was main support for Marilyn Manson and coincidentally Disturbed. When Union finished up touring in 2002 I got married and officially became a stepdad. During Union's offtime a live record was released. The Union Underground's last gig was Halloween 2003. I joined Disturbed in spring of 2004. I worked on and recorded 10,000 Fists with them during the next year. The record came out in late summer of 2005. We did the Jaegermeister tour, Ozzfest, Music as a Weapon III, went to Australia, New Zealand, and Europe twice. We finally stopped touring in December of 2006, 16 months later. In October 2007, my wife and I welcomed our son, Logan, to our family. During this last year, though, there has been no slowdown on the music side. Indestructcible came out June 3, 2008 and the response has been phenomenal. Thanks to every one of our fans who bought the new record.
