Deception was started by AJ Sams. Jay Phoenix then joined this three piece rock band in 2008 and in 2009 Chad Slone followed suit. The band currently has one album for sale entitled "Bring Into Being". Their second album "Elements Against" premiered July 2010. They have played numerous venues throughout Georgia and have ventured into other states such as Florida, and Alabama. The band has opened for National acts like Cold, Taproot, The Toadies, 10 Years, and Psychostick.
