Attila Voros is a young and well-seeked guitarist from Hungary, but for the most people he’s gotten be known by being the 2nd guitarist of the legendary metal band Nevermore where he stepped into some really heavy shoes such as Chris Broderick (Megadeth), Pat O’Brien (Cannibal Corpse), Tim Calvert or Steve Smyth (Forbidden). He’s also the lead guitarist of Warrel Dane’s solo band since early 2010. This is a real success story, since he got his gig via myspace and youtube.  Whenever he is off tour with Nevermore or Warrel Dane’s solo band, he takes his time writing songs, making videos and playing shows with his other band, Leander. His style combines the technical skills with an emotional playing with wide bendings and smooth vibratos.

„I’ve been using 7 string guitars for years and I use various tunings which has been a pain in the ass since forever, because it’s always hard to find the right gauge and the good quality strings at the same time.  With Nevermore I mainly use 009-046 and a 064 for the 7th string and for the drop tuned stuffs I also use 009-046 with a 068 for the low G#. With S.I.T. I’ve finally found my path and so all the problems are gone!”
